SEMI-VALVE MILL 4500-S
4500-s model, double pass air circulation laboratory type roller mill.
The device is annealed wheat mill, but it can be used for grinding both annealed and non-annealed wheat if desired.
The device consists of two parts: crushing and grinding. In the crushing section, the wheat passing through the roller mills can be taken from very large grits and bran from separate areas in the collection container under the sieving area. 850 micron sieve is used in the screening part.
In the grinding part; flour is divided into fine semolina and coarser semolina. In this section, 160 micron and 280 micron sieves are used respectively.
There are 6 rolls in total, 3 rolls in crushing section and 3 rolls in grinding section.
There are screening systems on the front of the device. Below the sieving area, there are 3 collection
containers, 1 in the crushing section and 2 in the grinding section.
The sieve length of the sieving system is between 340-360 mm.
The device has 1-0-2 switch button to operate the crushing section and 0-1 button to operate the grinding section.
If desired, the sieve can be completely discharged by operating the crushing in the opposite direction and then
grinding by operating in the normal direction.
The grinding capacity is 100gr / min.
The semolina yield of the device is between 40-70% depending on the wheat.
The dimensions of the device are 700 × 700 × 900 mm and the net weight is 110 kg.
The device operates with 380 Volt 50 Hz current.
