The device consists of two parts, Crushing and Liso; The wheat passing through the three grooved valve in the crushing section is ground and divided
into three parts as flour, coarse bran and semolina. Flour and semolina are collected in separate containers with 160 micron and 800 micron sieves
in this section and bran is taken from the front of the device.
With the amount of semolina taken after crushing, the firm will have information about the semolina capacity of wheat.
In the Liso section, the semolina passes between two flat rolls and is separated into a flour and thin bran with a 160 micron sieve.
Damaged starch amount by adjusting the distance between the rolls
can be controlled. The device has a grinding capacity of 50g-600 gr / min and can work with 60% - 75% flour yield depending on wheat quality.
All physical, chemical and rheological (water removal and energy graphs) analyzes are performed safely.
The external dimensions of the device are 70x70x90 mm and the net weight is 110 kg.
