HAMMER MILL 1900 SMART

1900 Smart Model hammer mill.

With 0.8 mm standard screen in the mill; It is used to prepare the most suitable sample for wet gluten, gluten index, drop number and NIR analysis.

It provides adjustment of grinding speed by air flow adjustment on it. It collects the ground sample into the collection container.

16.800 revolutions per minute, the engine is running, depending on the type of sample and the desired sample size of the screen change can be made optionally.

It can also grind wheat, barley, corn and similar products. There is no need for cleaning between two sample grinding.

Thanks to the touch digital display, it can be operated at the desired speed and the working time can be observed.

Grinding up to 25% moisture is achieved by slow feeding. For operational safety, the sensor in the engine cover prevents operation when the engine cover is open.
