Gluten Washing Device 6000 model (Glutomatic System). Used to determine the amount of wet gluten in wheat and flour samples. The device is fully automatic. After the samples are placed, all the processes are performed automatically. At the end of the 320 second test period, the wet gluten content of two samples is determined. The device can also be tested in whole (whole wheat) flours.

There are "mix" lights on during the kneading times and "washmeal" lights on during the washing times. There are also "start / stop", "pause" and "meal" buttons.
