alpha amylase enzymes can be measured with the FN and FFN measurement modes. The FN measurement mode is used
to detect native alpha amylase enzymes. The FFN measurement mode is used to detect total
(microbiological + natural) alpha amylase enzymes.
With a single button, you can switch from FN measurement mode to FFN measurement mode and vice versa.
The device automatically adjusts the boiling temperature according to sea level. The company's name, address,
tel and fax information can be stored in its memory.
A printer can be connected to the device to store the results, and the company information can be seen with the
results in each print output. It stops automatically by optical sensors at the end of the working period. When
the water level decreases, the operator enters the standby mode for safety and a warning appears on the screen.

It has a four-line LCD display. The device has 20 function buttons. Date, time, internal temperature, test time,
measurement mode (FN or FFN) and the work (running, printing, stop… etc) can be monitored on the device screen.
Thanks to the internal princess, the results can be stored. Each printer output contains the company
information as well as the results.
The device's control panel is manufactured with menbrane technology so that it does not wear out and can be
